New Solution

Dear All,

We want to thank you all for the support and patience you are showing us.

We have found an intermediate solution until a client application can be brought to your desktop. Since we don't get the data anymore you will have to send it to us. Every month you get a roster emailed to you in company mail. We will need you to Forward this email to data@crewrosters.com. We are not sure how long it will take after you send the email but we are anticipating within 48 hours you will have all your calendar products. As we perfect this system the lag time will decrease.

There will be some parts missing since we will not have everybody's roster. Things like "who's down route" will only work with the rosters we get. The important thing is you will get your scedule in Crewroster format. We will probably not even build the "who down route" until everybody has emailed their roster to us.

As a final note I would like to remind you that anything from us is unofficial. You must confirm all your duties with Evita as per company policy. We can not be held responsible for out of date rosters or errors that may have crept into our system.
